Meet Your Holistic Wellness Guide + Expert—Jacqueline Fritz
Jacqueline Fritz began her career as a professional dancer, where she became an expert at forcing physical change to achieve the illusion of ease. She learned to endure acute injuries and suppress pain in order to execute choreography, all while abandoning her own well-being in the process.
By the time she left the ballet world, her symptoms had become chronic and progressively worsened. In an effort to control her deteriorating condition, Jacqueline sought treatment from numerous doctors and underwent various therapies. However, after a year of ongoing inflammation and immobilization, she was diagnosed with two disabling autoimmune disorders—Ankylosing Spondylitis and Psoriatic Arthritis.
Jacqueline’s healing journey began when she learned to accept her limitations, relate to her body without judgment, and explore new sources of inspiration. She now approaches movement from the perspective of holistic science, cultivating a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
Through Pilates, yoga, bodywork, and somatic arts, Jacqueline has followed a path that allows her to creatively serve others. She now facilitates transformation and enhances the quality of life for those she works with. Together, she collaborates with clients to create personalized movement programs that address specific wellness needs and help manifest their ideal design for living.
Embodiment is the process of becoming. Let’s work together to elevate your total mind-body wellness.
